The Northwestern State University Foundation was established as a non-profit organization on May 20, 1960. The mission of the Northwestern State University Foundation is to serve the University, its students and its faculty, primarily through financial resources raised and distributed by the corporation.


Student Scholarships are awarded each year through the NSU Foundation. These scholarships would not be available without the donations of generous alumni & friends of Northwestern State University. Each scholarship is awarded based on specific criteria set forth by the respective donor and may require additional action upon acceptance. Click on the link below to apply.
